BOARDING AGREEMENT This is a contract between DALEYCARE and the pet Owner. DaleyCare agrees to exercise due and reasonable care, and to keep the DaleyCare premises sanitary and properly enclosed. The dog(s) is (are) to be fed properly and regularly, and to be housed in clean, safe quarters. All dogs are boarded or are otherwise handled or cared for by DaleyCare staff without liability on DaleyCare's part for loss of damage from disease, theft, fire, death, escape, injury or harm, to persons, other dogs or property by said dog(s), or for other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised. If the pet(s) becomes ill or if the state of the animal's health otherwise requires professional attention. DaleyCare, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian of its choosing, or administer medicine, or give other requisite attention to the animal, and expenses thereof shall be paid for by Owner. Daily boarding charge begins at the date entered below. Owner agrees to notify DaleyCare in advance if there is any change in the date and or time that the animal is to be picked up. Owner understands and agrees that dog(s) picked up by Owner after 9:00 A.M. shall be charged for a full day's stay. Clients will pay in full the cost for the scheduled boarding up front Any additional charges incurred by Owner shall be payable upon pickup of pet(s). Owner further agrees that pet(s) shall not leave the DaleyCare until Owner pays all charges to DaleyCare. DaleyCare shall have, and is hereby granted, a lien on the pet(s) for any and all unpaid charges resulting from boarding pet(s) at DaleyCare. Any animal left uncalled for or unpaid for after 7 days from the scheduled day of pick-up shall be placed in a local animal shelter of DaleyCare's choosing. Owner shall remain liable for complete boarding bill as well as all other charges incurred in the care and maintenance of said animal as listed above. The owner of the animal or his agent agrees to pay for reasonable attorney's fees incurred by DaleyCare in the collection of any outstanding fees or other charges incurred by the owner of the animal. It is understood by DaleyCare and owner that all provisions of this contract shall be binding upon both parties thereunto for this visit and for all subsequent visits.
